Veggie Platter

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli flowers, lightly blanched if desired
1 cup celery sticks
1 cup cucumber slices
1 cup whole radishes
1 cup fennel cut in thin slices
1 cup zucchini slices
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup low fat dip or salsa (see Pantry recipes), optional

Directions
Arrange cut veggies on a large platter and serve with one of the fat free salsas or dips, such as the Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese Caraway Spread (see Pantry recipes). Serves four.
