Core Phase Daily Schedule

When figuring out your daily schedule on the Core Phase, these following are required:

  1. Record your weight first thing every morning. Tracking your weight is important to your success -- but remember to judge progress over 5 - 7 day periods, not day to day.
  2. Take your first dose of Viatrim right after weighing yourself, then follow your chosen dosage schedule the rest of the day. Be sure to follow the tips on the Viatrim Dosage page to ensure your doses are taken correctly.
  3. Don't eat two of the same food type together (e.g., two starches can't be eaten in same meal).
  4. Fluids should always be taken throughout the day, not just at breakfast or meals, and should be tracked.

What follows are some example schedules that have worked for many people. You can of course customize your own schedule as long as you follow the rules outlined above and elsewhere in this manual.

Example 1 (Classic Plan)

  • Weigh Yourself
  • Take First Dose of Viatrim.
  • Breakfast: Fluids (tea, coffee, water).
  • Snack: One fruit.
  • Lunch: One protein, one vegetable, and one starch.
  • Snack: One fruit.
  • Dinner: One protein, one vegetable, and one starch. Ideally between 5-7 pm.

Example 2 (Classic Plan)

  • Weigh Yourself.
  • Take First Dose of Viatrim.
  • Breakfast: One fruit with fluids.
  • Lunch: One protein, one vegetable, and one starch.
  • Dinner: One protein, one vegetable, one starch, and one fruit.

Example 3 (Classic Plan)

  • Weigh Yourself.
  • Take First Dose of Viatrim.
  • Breakfast: Fluids.
  • Lunch: One protein, one vegetable, one starch, and one fruit.
  • Dinner: One protein and one vegetable.
  • Snack before bed: One starch and one fruit.

Example 4 (Flex Plan)

  • Weigh Yourself.
  • Take First Dose of Viatrim.
  • Breakfast: One protein, unlimited vegetables, one starch, and one fruit with fluids.
  • Snack: One serving of a protein drink.
  • Lunch: One protein, unlimited vegetables, one starch, and one fruit.
  • Snack: One serving of a protein drink.
  • Dinner: One protein, unlimited vegetables, one starch, and one fruit.
