Love Your Body

The body you have now could be someone else's goal.

Instead of putting yourself down for not being where you want to be, remember there is always someone who wishes they were where you are now.

No matter how bad you think you have it ... there is always someone else out there has had it much worse.

Start out with simply being happy you are alive!

If you have lost ground, fallen off the wagon, gained back weight -- don't hate yourself or get discouraged -- realize that even after your setbacks, you're still lighter, healthier than many other people out there struggling to get to where you are.

It is a journey and we all start at different distances from the goal.
