How To Lose Weight While Eating Carbohydrates

Managing carbohydrate intake can be a great strategy for losing weight all by itself.

However, you don't need to entirely deprive yourself of carbohydrates by going on a ketogenic diet or very low carb diet. It's much better and smarter for most people to simply be strategic about carb intake — by eating the RIGHT amount or the RIGHT TYPE of carbohydrates.
