Ingredients 1 cup strong chamomile tea (made with two chamomile tea bags, or 2 tsp loose leaves which are then strained), lukewarm 1/2 fresh peach stevia
Directions In a blender, or using a hand-held stick blender, combine the peach with the chamomile tea. Sweeten to taste with stevia, if desired. Pour liquid into a small plastic container and freeze until firm. When firm, remove from freezer and scrape with a fork or spoon to create crystals. Return to freezer for half an hour to set, and then scrape again. Serve immediately.
Kool-Aid Slush
Makes: Eight servings

Ingredients 1 packet of Kool-Aid unsweetened 2 packets stevia blend, or more to taste 1 quart cold water
Directions Combine all ingredients in the jar of a blender and pulse to crush the ice.
Ginger Ale

Ingredients 1 cup sparkling water 1 tsp stevia, or more to taste 4 slices of fresh ginger
Directions Put slices of ginger in the bottom of a glass with a few cubes of ice. Add the stevia or the sugar sub of your choice and fill the glass with sparkling water. Stir a few times, let sit for 5 minutes. You can make 4 servings with the same slices of ginger before they need to be replaced.
